• Salary and Benefits
To attract outstanding talent, a comprehensive salary and benefits package is one of the important aspects. Shinfox Energy provides remuneration and benefits that exceed legal requirements and adheres to the principles of equal pay for equal work and gender equality. We do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, political beliefs, marital status, or other factors.
New employees' salary standard is determined based on four factors: educational background, professional knowledge and skills, professional qualifications, and personal performance. After hiring, Shinfox Energy regularly reviews employees' salaries at all levels. In addition, we provide annual salary adjustments and promotions based on their performance. The wage and adjustments are based on an incentive-based system corresponding to each employee's individual and organizational performance.
Shinfox Energy provides equal pay and equal promotion opportunities for male and female employees. In 2022, female staff accounted for 40.54% and female managers accounted for 28.89%. Due to the nature of our industry and the predominance of experienced male employees, the proportion of female managers is not high. In the future, we will promote our staff to management position from gender equality perspective.

• Maternity and Parental Care
In order to assist employees in balancing their careers and family responsibilities, a well-established parental leave mechanism is implemented at Senwei Energy. Employees who have been employed for at least 1 year are eligible to apply for parental leave without pay in accordance with the "Gender Equality in Employment Act" and the "Implementation Measures for Parental Leave without Pay". This option is available until their child reaches the age of 3. After the parental leave, the company will assist in arranging a return to the original position or an equivalent role, providing relevant training courses to ensure a smooth transition back to work. In addition to the legally required maternity leave, a congratulatory bonus of NT$2,000 is provided to employees on their childbirth.
• Retirement Planning
To ensure a secure long-term career for employees, Senwei Energy has established a retirement pension system. This includes the welfare plan as stipulated by the "Labor Standards Act" and the allocation plan as per the "Labor Pension Act". Under the new labor pension system, in Taiwan, employees contribute 6% of their monthly salary towards their retirement fund. The recognized expenses for the allocated retirement funds were NT$3,107 thousand in 2022 and NT$2,860 thousand in 2021. For retirement pensions in overseas subsidiary companies, contributions are made based on the respective local government regulations for various social security funds such as pension and medical care.
