Outlook of 15 GW Green Electricity Localization in 2035

From 2026 to 2035, the goal of zonal development of 15 GW of renewable energy and the policy of green electricity localization will continue to attract domestic and foreign funding and supply chains take place. (1 GW per year is equal to 1 nuclear generator unit)

Outlook of Taiwan Energy Transformation Policy in 2025

In 2025, the goal of the energy structure for Taiwan energy transformation policy is as follows: 50% clean energy, 20% renewable energy and 30% coal-fired energy; aiming to account for 27GW of renewable energy installed capacity.

RE100

Convened by The Climate Group in partnership with CDP, RE100 has attracted over 100 member companies which are well-known around the world to commit to the campaign. The initial goal is to achieve 100% green electricity supply chain transformation by 2025.

Legal Obligation of Renewable Energy Development Act

Renewable Energy Development Act was amended in April, 2019, stipulating that electricity users whose contract capacity is above 5000 kW are required to install renewable energy facilities, equip with energy storage devices or to buy T-RECs. At the same time, private renewable-energy-based electricity retailing businesses are permitted. (open up the market for alternative green electricity)

Electricity generation of green energy possessed by Shinfox Energy reaches 400 MWh per year. It reduces carbon emission by 198,000 tons which equals to plant 16.5 million trees and to build 509 Daan Parks. You are cordially invited to contribute a part to the development of global sustainability by offering rooftops or places to build solar power plants or buying T-RECs.
